The Farm

“You can't rush good beef. The land sets the pace, and we follow it.”

— TOM WILSON

Three generations of Wilsons have worked these gentle Staffordshire pastures. Tom took over from his father in 2009 and has never once bought in feed — his Aberdeen Angus graze species-rich grassland from April to November, wintering on home-grown silage. The result is beef with slow-built depth: dense, mineral and unmistakably British.

Family History

Founded by Tom's grandfather Harold in 1952 with just eleven cows, the farm has stayed in family hands ever since. Tom's daughter Freya is now studying agriculture, set to become the fourth generation.
